Our charming hotel is located in the heart of the quiet Montfleury district of Cannes: you will be just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, the train station, the city center and the Croisette, with its Palais des Festivals.

We offer 30 rooms, equipped with numerous amenities for your comfort: Classic Rooms without a balcony, Classic Rooms with a balcony, Comfort Rooms with or without a balcony, and Superior Rooms with a balcony. 

Each room includes, for example: a private bathroom, reversible air conditioning, a mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV, a safe, and a desk.

We can offer you an early check-in or a late check-out, depending on availability, for an additional €15.

A varied, delicious, and generous buffet is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Enjoy it in our dedicated dining room or on the terrace. 

It features a variety of breads, mini pastries made with Isigny butter, fruit from a local greengrocer, cereals, hot drinks, fruit, and other fine products. 

Breakfast is €15 per person (€8 for children up to 11 years old).

Yes, our outdoor pool is 7 meters long and 2.90 meters wide and is open from the beginning of May to the end of October (weather permitting). You can enjoy it from 10:00 AM to 6:45 PM, at no extra charge. 

For a few moments of relaxation, you can unwind on the sun loungers surrounding the pool. We can also lend you pool towels to make your stay more convenient.

Yes, our establishment has underground parking, accessible by code, at a rate of €15 per night per car (€10 per night per motorcycle).

We encourage you to book in advance, as spaces are limited.

Our cyclist guests can enjoy free use of our bicycle storage area with racks.

The reception is open every day from 7am to 7pm. Our team is ready to welcome you and answer your questions. Contact them for tourist information, brochures, taxi bookings, or hiking routes.

Our hotel near Cannes train station is also designed for business travelers. We have a 70 m² meeting room that can accommodate up to 60 people (Wi-Fi, flip chart, screen, video projector, cloakroom, air conditioning) as well as a more intimate 25 m² veranda for 15 people, ideal for children's birthday parties. We offer three business packages: room rental only, day seminars, and residential seminars with coffee breaks, accommodation, and meals delivered by a partner restaurant.
